Can I sue CBQ for a breach of contract & confidence to relieve me of anger & displeasure?

Due to an unwarranted experience I had with Standard Chartered Bank due to surprising extra charges, I transferred to another bank which is Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ) which I thought would relieve me of such worries.
As a new depositor of CBQ, the latter had assisted me in requiring legal documents to support my transfer of salary remittance by my employer (Qatar Olympic Committee) from Standard Chartered to my current bank, CBQ and eventually offered up a personal loan at the time at an existing interest rate of 9.5%. In good faith, I was able to get an amount of QR66, 500 personal loans from CBQ. The loan is stipulated to be settled in 24 months since the very date I got the loan on 3rd March 2006 by debiting from my salary a monthly installment of QR3, 176.
In the course of being a CBQ depositor, I learned that so many a depositors ahead of me had made also their immediate transfer to another bank due to the same reasons I had with my former bank (Standard Chartered) involving so many hidden charges being debited to their deposits.
Apprehensive of this situation that I made my earlier moves three months in advance (through personal visits and letters sent to CBQ) to avoid getting deducted an extra month or two by informing them that my personal loan was about to conclude on the 24th month, August 2008.
Unfortunately, CBQ had ignored my earlier attempts and continued in its resolve to impose upon me an unreasonable debit to my salary, an extra 25th month, on the 23rd September 2008 that caused me too much anger and displeasure!
