Hi, I'm looking for a mortgage advisor as I need to get a mortgage loan of 1.4M to buy an apartment at the Pearl with a market value of 2.8M. So basically I need a loan worth 50% of the apartment value - personally financing the other 50%.

This apartment is currently rented, rental income will cover mortgage payments.

I'm not a GCC citizen,

I'm not employed in Qatar and I don't have RP in Qatar (I think I can get RP through the apartment though).

I have no gurantor in Qatar or any where else, basically the apartment is my gurantor.

Would appreciate to hear from mortgage consultants working with banks in Doha or otherwhere in the GCC. Please email me your contact details and I will be in touch.
