Working Visa Requirements

Hi to everyone! This is apparently my first time in this website. I need your advise/knowledge about my undertaking.

I am currently employed in UAE and recently got a job offer in a company in Qatar. I have been communicating with the company's HR through email only. I sent him some of my credentials with the signed job offer letter as scanned.

His last reply to me is that I have to prepare the following, exactly as the HR's message as below:

1- Medical report from SCH approved hospital from his city.

2- Police clearance report from his resident city.

My queries are as follows:

1. Can I do the medical examination here in UAE in any of the clinic or hospital that is accredited by the Supreme Council of Health of Qatar?

2. Since I am a Filipino, does the 'ploce clearance' refer to National Bureau of Investigation Clearance that is attested by the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Philippines?

Most importantly, am I required to accomplish these two requirements in the Philippines or even while I'm here in UAE? What is the complete procedure for this recruitment since I am still employed here in UAE.

Thank you! I raised these things because I hardly get substantial answer from the HR Officer considering his busyness in work.

Thank you Sir! But my problem is I sent him all my queries and he used to reply once a week. His last reply to me was to secure the requirements "for further processing". That's it. This is why I am puzzled with what and how to do. Anyway, thank you very much Sir!

Direct your question the the HR of the company and make sure you get a convincing answer before you go ahead with whatever he ask you to do, if truly the company need you, the HR need to give you all the required information you need clearly , that is part of his job, so he/she cant busy than the job he/she is employed to do, have a nice day .
