Just I am new to Qatar and I am going to obtain my R.P. from My precent Sponsor(company)

My company gave me a permission to change my sponsorship or work out side. Can any one tell me what are the procedures to be consider regarding the above issue and Will it be possible to work out side unless I complete my One year with my precent sponsor
