Working in Government and also doing Car Business

Is it legal for a person to be employed in Qatari Government Companies and at the same time doing business such as buying and selling used cars.

In your case: no problem. But if you work for two companies without letting both know, or without obtaining a permission from your first sponsor, then your case is totally illegal.

No it's illegal to work another job if you are working with the government. But in your case no problem as long as you are not working in car showroom.
