Working GCC National Women in the Middle East

A recent research study about “Women in The Middle East Workforce” published by the Middle East’s No 1 job site, Bayt.com, implies that out of 1,515 interviewed working women in the region, 75% GCC Nationals are working for a sense of achievement against 72% who are working towards monetary independence. Women have unquestionably become a fundamental constituent for the Middle East Region’s unremitting growth and progress. In fact, the survey shows that 76% of women interviewed by Bayt.com actually stated that they have women occupying senior positions in their companies.
