why VMOBILE PHILIPPINES recruiting members w/o office in QATAR?
By lady godaiva •
kindly check JEAN SEMILLA, recruiting officer of VMOBILE PHILIPPINES working in AL FARDAN BLDG. opposite BLUE SALOON. this VMOBILE is a load wallet business ( PYRAMID STYLE ). membership is QR380. IS THIS LEGAL OR ILLEGAL.
Jerfortz is correct. Posting our kakabayan's name and personal details in the forum is not commendable at all. VMobile is DTI registered and has been in operation for more than 3 years now. DTI did more background investigation on this particular company (than any of us) before they approved the Application for Registration of VMobile. And so are its people.
For most part we should always exercise our rights to due diligence. DTI did theirs, you should also.
Surely, many kabayans are doing trading here in QL pero di naman kelangan ilathala ang kanilang mga personal details dito sa forum to discredit them. Nasubukan mo na bang mag carlift? Diniscredit mo ba sila dito sa forum dahil di kayo nagka-ayos sa bayad knowing na di naman sila registered sa MOI? Doing so po will affect their small dealing to earn a little extra (part time) for their family. I think it is better to launch formal complaints to proper authorities if you really feel you were misled based on your findings and due deligence. But be sure to back up those claims of your dahil baka po magback-fire. Should you need more info about companies that you think are questionable, there are so many government websites where you can check on them.
I will not deal with the LEGALITY of a specific Networking Company. Some networking or Multi-level Marketing (MLM) companies are legally operating in Qatar: DXN, FOREVER LIVING, AMWAY etc. MLM and PYRAMIDING is different thing. MLM is legal and PYRAMIDING (SCAM) is ILLEGAL. Unfortunately, some MLM can be a PYRAMIDING in disguise by having PRODUCTS and Legal Documents. When a distributor is FOCUSED on sponsoring of new distributors to earn commission instead of selling the products, this is most likely a pyramiding. When you hear or know about those HIGH EARNERS of the COMPANY are giving away their products or would say "KALI-WALI" PRODUCTS, that would confirm that this MLM COMPANY belongs to this scheme.
Is it fair to burn out our kakabayan by posting their names and their where about here in QL? If you feel uncomfortable with their business, at least respect them as Filipinos. Let's discuss issues here openly without becoming personal.

Try to browse the Vmobile website and you will knw the answer to your question.
They are not recruiting, they just sponsor people of their circle. They are not running business here, and they are not bringing other nationalities.
Watch this then judge:

veryfy first in the labor dept.if they are not registered meaning its illegal.we should be aware for illegal business.
Teysdad I would add another one that goes like this : "if it's too good to be real, it's too good to be legal"Regards!!
I am not sure if it is legal here.
Usually if there is a networking type of business (upline-downline), I do not go into it because those who get rich are the ones who went in first.
Also, I believe in the saying "If it's too good to be true, it usually is."
