My company owner has sold the company to the new owner, please tell me who will pay my salary dues.

No need to wander around here & there, just wait with your other colleagues, just give time to the new sponsor, everything will be resolved.
This is very technical question and as per my view it should be paid by the new owner. However, you could go over to the National Human Rights Committee and ask them. They will give you the correct answer.
