Basically if you park at Souq Waquif, walk across Grand Hamad, and take the small road next to the Cultural Center then you'll just need to walk down ~two blocks. It will be on your left just before the road "T's" at the end.
Be careful, though, it's difficult to walk out of there without spending a small fortune - too much temptation!
