MM there are numerous studies where a six day work week is actually detrimental to productivity. It is absolutely not a benefit, and I really hope you are joking with your comments. There is science behind these things and throwing out little anecdotes like that is terribly ignorant. Considering how unproductive many employees are already I highly doubt switching to a five day work week will change things much.

There is something to be said about work/life balance which is something that is clearly misunderstood in Qatar.
