What are the requirements for a doctor to practice her profession in Qatar?

The Doctor is the wife of an Expatriate who is working in Qatar for almost three years now. They are planning to settle down in Qatar with their kids but with the husband is the only one working could be difficult for them. If his wife(a doctor) can find a job, it greatly help and makes their plan possible.

It is understood that some requirements are to accomplish before practicing her profession here. Could you please give your advice regarding this matter?
