What are General Terms & Conditions for a Villa Construction Project in Qatar

Salam o alikom to all .

I will be really thankfull to any one of you related to dconstruction industry who knows actually the main and general terms and conditions of signing a villa contract.

Actually i have got offer from one arab local to construct his villa but and sign the agreement with him, i need the practiced rules for payments i mean

Advance....how much minimum max?
Second installment on which stage?
3rd installment and so on.....?

What is expected time of completion for a villa of about 1000 sq meter...? to be committed and writtern in agreement...?

and other important terms and conditions if any..

i shall be really thankfull to any one for his input ,
