Violation of Working Hours

Can anyone help me on how to formalize my complaints regarding some violation of our labor and human rights as employee in my current company here in qatar. I'm begging for anyone who can help me and can give some positive solution on my grievance.

1. VIOLATION OF WORKING HOURS. Working overtime beyond the contract that I have signed and not being paid with the excess hours. Based from the contract it stipulates that...
"THE CO. WILL FIX THE HOURS FROM TIME TO TIME TO ACCORD WITH ITS OPERATING REQUIREMENTS BUT WITHIN THE MAXIMUM LIMITS AUTHORIZED BY THE LAW AND THE EMPLOYEE SHALL ABIDE BY THE COMPANY'S WORKING HOURS (48 HOURS PER WEEK).

I've been working for almost 4 mos. now from 7:30 AM To
8 PM sometimes up to 10 PM and they are not paying our exess hours.

Any help and suggestion I would highly appreciate.
Thank you very much and God bless.

Normally there should be a clause in the contract regarding your working hours which is 48 hour per week and if you are asked to work more to meet with the requirement of the Company you are entitled for overtime or extra day off to compensate.

Read the below in which Workers Rights are detailed. Pass a copy to your Boss highlighting the working hours part (anonimously if it will create any issues)

If it is still not solved better go to NHRC.

I suggest that come on time & go home on time.. It is normal here in Qatar if your Boss asked you to do beyond the working time then you agree, you should not allowed from the begining.
