Using someone else name

Can you please share to me what problems may arise of using your sister's name going abroad without prior permission.

If ever the real bearer will file complain, what are the consequences.

that's identity theft, consequences i can name a few like your sister can't use her real name, in some countries, there is such thing as iris scan, so if you are using your sister's id and your iris is scanned then your iris will be recorded under your sister's id, your sister can't use her own identity and you can't also, in some countries, it entails 3 to 6 years imprisonment, it is a serious offense and far more greater consequences in the future...

just a crazy idea - it's immigration fraud and likely to end in some serious jail time or worse.

This is identity theft.. You can be prosecuted. Also, the name can be black listed by immigration, causing problems for the real owner of the identity.

I like a bit of excitement in my life but that would be just too much, I went to visit a maid who was put in jail in Dubai and I can tell you it is not a pretty sight I would never want to land up there at all.

it is illegal. stealing one's identity is crime, falsification of public documents is a civil offense too. anybody to be found out guilty will go to jail and pay damages.

Please don't tell me you are using your real name on a public forum to announce that you may commit a crime!

However, that person if found out can go to jail for quite a time. Governments don't take kindly to this kind of impersonation acts.

You could go to prison. That is fraud and stealing someone's identity. Even if you have a person's permission you would still go to jail.

It will be found out in the end as at some point you need to produce official documents and there is also the passport - I would never try something like this and I do wonder why on earth you would do such a thing - it is cheating.
