time card/clock machine

hi people,

heres my problem, our time clock in our office is not punching inline with the date.is any one have an idea where to buy an ink for time clock..and also what company is accepting for time clock repair..i dont know where did they buy this time clock that's why i cannot call the responsible company who issued us..your help is highly appreciated.
