Termination during Probationary Period

My friend is problematic because he has been terminated during his probationary period. Is there any chance to transferring his sponsorship in less than a year eventhough his current sponsor will provide release papers?

as far as i know yes. the borrowing visa shall be approved by the labor department. if anyone out here knows more about borrowing visa, please feel free to correct me or explain further. thanks.

as far as i know, you need at least one year before you can change your sponsorship. tell your friend to ask his company to provide him or his new employer a borrowing visa which is good for six months.
