Tax Filing for 100% Owned Qatari or GCC Companies with Qatar Tax Department - Is it required?

Does anybody know if it is now required for Audited Accounts for 100% Qatari or GCC owned LLC Companies to be filed with the Qatar Tax Department?
I have heard differing answers, so I am not sure?

I received a useful email from BDO Public Accountants (tel:44999530) and the link is;

http://www.gulfinteractive.net/BDO_News/pdfs/Tax_Circular_4-2011.pdf

The answer is yes - For Financial Year ends 31.12.10 you have until 31.12.11 to file and for Financial Year ends 31.12.11 you have until 30.04.12 to file. No tax is payable for 100% owned Qatari Companies
