Supreme Council Exam requirements

I am new here in Doha as tourist visa and hoping for a job as a nurse. I did some applications and some interviews and they require me to have qatar license. Could anybody help me regarding supreme council exam requirements? Ive been to SCH site and i saw the evaluation requirements already and 1 of those is the potential letter from the employer which is i cant provide since they need me to have qatar license first. confusing right? another thing is i have passed my saudi council prometric exam already since i worked in KSA for 3years but in my lic they put us as Nurse technician only, will it affect me to apply for the exam in SCH to have lic here in qatar? i need some answer please..thankyou
