Is there a problem in the SMS in Doha?
I used to get SMS from IBQ when any transaction was done to my account but I did not get any message more than 2 weeks!
Also when I pay the Q-tel invoices through their ATM, I got immediate message. Last time I did not get it.
Are all the clients of IBQ facing this problem?

I think the problem is from the bank because I also faced the same problem with my bank they send me the sms late. contact your bank to fix your problem.
