Single Status / Family Status

Hello Friends,

I have an offer from a company who is giving me a package of 18 QR per month but not mentioning the family status in my offer letter? But they have mentioned that "This will be a single status assignment but we will inform them to issue family visa occupation category to you so that you will be able bring your wife to Qatar if you wish, on your own expense."

I want to bring my family at any cost what can i do for that? Also my wife is working in India, so on family status she would be eligible to work?

Please Help...!!!

engineering visa is best to take family

then 5k qar 2bhk full furnished 3k qar unfurnished

grocery water veg NV 3k qar

school term fees 3k riyal

expenses car etc 2k riyal 10k riyal is more

8k qar is savings

@iswariya: Can you tell me which type of visa's are available and what would be best in my case? so that i can negotiate with them.

Also any idea about how much i will be spending on daily expenses on an AVG for a normal lifestyle.

@acchabaccha : Yeah.. it is 18000 QR a month. But if they mention on visa occupation as foreman, even than i can apply for family visa?

The salary is good provided if it is 18K and not 18 QR as stated. But you will not be able to bring your family immediately on a permanent visa which would allow her to work. She can join you immediately on visit visa under which she cannot work. It will take you some months before you could get your wife a permanent visa.
