Should Vodafone give away their SIM Card to win the customer?

Let start to discuss about Vodafone. Some people are interesting to be with Vodafone and some are not. There are some argument between good and bad about Vodafone. If too many bad things are posted in the QL than Vodafone will face the problem to win the customer.

Is Vodafone SIM card given away to win the majorities of the customer in DOHA? I think this is one of the good idea bout marketing strategies.
