sch practicing license

hi..i work as a staff nurse for a medical company for 4 yrs. here in qatar, finished my contract and exited. Now I came back here after 7 months thru my husband's visa. I'm planning to apply again to another medical facility but my question is how can i get back my sch practicing license from my previous employer to be able to apply a job to another medical company?? the validity of my sch practicing license will be on november 2016 and it states their the name of my previous company and I'm not sure if they allow to transfer it to the name of the company who will just in case hire me in the future. Can a previous company able to cancel my sch practicing license even if still valid?? Can i able to retrieve it?? pls advice, I really need ur help guys about these concern..tnx a lot

You need to ask your previous employer to cancel or transfer your license. when they have done this you need to take an employment letter from you current employer to get it transferred to the new employer.
