Profession Change?

HI, everyone. i am chief accountant bt my QID profession is labbor, for bring my family is not possible here/Qatar.

So, any body, can suggest me for changing my profession or do from my side its possible? please give me good advice.

Except mandoov/PRO, i can handle it myself?

I agree with tinkerbell. You should ask your Company to do it and you need all those documents mentioned by tb. A real headache issue as two of my colleagues tried (for visiting Dubai regularly with on arrival visa) to change from Labour to Manager and decided to stay away.
