Procedure for work in qatar as dependent visa?CEID

Hi al,

My wife got RP and has got a job in Qatar. Now she has to get work permit. First of all we need police clearance certificate. for that we went to Indian embassy, collected clearance form , got attested by MOFA. We went to CEID-Finger print office for submission of request along with Company offer letter, sponsor signed letter, QID, passport and filled in application form. They rejected the application informing we need to collect labor letter .

Please can anyone explain what is this labor letter and procedure to get Work Permit?
