procedure for getting work permit

my wife selected for job she is under my sponsership , so for work permit she has to go again all process like, medical and finger printing and payment for id

Simply sponsorship transfer

I don't think so. Since she is under your sponsorship, she must be having her own QID. I guess she can work without any other requirement. Her new employer should be aware of all the rules.
