Private companies don't obey the law
I couldn't find the answer. Maybe somebody knows.
Private employers say "law don't let me pay you more than 8 hours a day, and no more than 2 hours overtime, but you have to work as much as I say".
And it is often 12 or more hours per day.
Is there any activity undertaken by officials to control what private companies do to their workers?
(They could collect some money from penalties.)
Or is it allowed to private employers to do whatever they want?
(If worker reports something, he gets fired.)
so true they have their own laws....
... but i was using it because perfectly well describes what we can expect from authorities about controlling private companies.
