Please help- a nanny we like

My wife and I have a 2 month year old daughter and need a nanny for her because my wife works. We found a really good nanny that we really like but she is Filipino and is here on a work visa (for a project and trade agency). We really want to hire her but can't seem to. Her company says that they will give a NOC letter but we need permission to hire her. I can't seem to get permission to Hire.

Can anyone help us? We really like her and she likes us too. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
