Please help
Hi,
I am data entry staff in a reputable company in doha. Last year i took a sick leave and it was wrongly entered in the payroll system as annual leave,I also didnt notice that at that moment, now i already resigned. Before i resign i rcvd the final settlement information, then i realised one day from my annual leave missed. So i inform HR and they ask me to get manual time sheet. I did all the necessary while i am with the company. Now our company is telling that they cant pay me, because the payroll for 2012 already close. I do have the manual time sheet that i wrote on the sick leave day. I really want them to pay me. Kindly advise me whether is it possible for me to get that, and if they hesitate how i can complaint about them.

1 day salary? how much is that? 150, 200? file a complain and ask for a lawyer to file it in court.
Just be happy you got your pay, less one day.
