I am working for a company in Doha and I passed my 3-month probation period. I had a family emergency at home that necessitated that I travel to my home country. When I asked my sponsor to allow me to travel and come back he rejected and said we can't tolerate any delay at work. With my insistence, he aid the only way for him to allow me is that I write resignation before leaving. Being very worried about the situation at home, I wrote the resignation. Before leaving, I told that hopefully i will sort all things out and contact him. After i sorted out all my personal problems, I contacted him to come back which he refused. Any advice about what shall be done especially that I have residence, driving license and I already passed my probation period.

Brother, If u got someone over here to talk to your company on your behalf, get in touch with that person.

I went through all this kind of issues and have learned my lesson. Hope it never happens to anyone else.

If you dont have anyone else to talk for you, give me the details. Will talk or will arrange for someone else to talk on your behalf.

PM the details.

Cheerios.

if he is ready to give you NOC then you can search for other job. otheriwse, legally you cant do anything since you have submitted your resignation. since it sonly 3 months you may not be having any dues pending to them too.
