Pinoy Journalists in Doha

Mga Kababayan,

We are a few Pinoy journalists working here in Qatar. We would be organizing soon kahit kunti as me and Raynald were broaching the idea. To date, we are only four that we know of like me-Chris V. Panganiban, Raynald Rivera,Ailyn at ang bagong salta na si Joyce Abano. Si Ailyn lang ang nag-iisa sa Qatar Tribune since the rest of us are from The Peninsula. Pero pwede to ma-expand para mas masaya and we are thinking of our Pinoy co-workers at the Peninsula like Mang Abet at Lea naa related man din ang work since they are proofreaders. Kung kayo o meron kayong alam na kababayan na nagwork related dito (corporate magazines, PR offices,and the likes) mas maigi na sumali din kayo. We will work out for our organizational plan para maayos ito.

Another thing po: In meantime that we are at the organizational stage, hiling sana kami ng pahintulot sa lahat if ever meron mga significant discussions, reactions and other concerns na lumabas dito, sana mabigyan kami ng access to use it as a news story from time to time. Kailangan talaga namin ang ganitong tulong lalo na dito sa Doha na marami ang limitations and restrictions at hindi ganoon kalaya doon sa Pinas. Sana po maunawaan ninyo rest assured na we will treat any story that we will use with utmost fairness and objectivity.

To start the ball rolling, we are gathering your reactions re upcoming fight between Manny Pacquiao and Oscar de la Hoya. The topic question would be: Sino sa palagay ninyo ang manalo sa laban na ito at bakit? Ganun lang po at sana makalikom tayo ng ibat-ibang reaksyon galing sa inyong lahat.
