good day to everyone! i'm seeking some advice on what we can do with this outsourcing company that provides staff in several banks in qatar. in december 2013 we have been informed that the company is resigning us from their management so we can be transferred to a new outsourcing company to continuously work as is. the company promised that we'll get paid the benefits we are supposed to receive. however, a lot of ex-employees have still not received the final settlement after almost 5 months. is this even legal when we are already working in a different company and have already transferred our sponsorship?
