I don't understand what the big fuss is for. If the job requires no experience and training then of course they will offer this job to a citizen of that country first. Then if they cannot find one they will look at expats and visa availablity plays a big part.
it is mostly about the 2nd generation Pakistani born and brought up in Qatar and on their father sponsorship. in case they don't find a suitable job/sponsor before age of 25, they have to exit the country.

What's wrong with Pakistanis or other fresh expat grads going to their own country to find work?
This issue isn't restricted to only Pakistanis born and raised here in Qatar,but to many other expatriate's children as well.
After Qataris,it's the graduates who are Qatar-born that should be given strong priority.

Considering that Pakistani works visas are virtually impossible to get most employers do not waste their time looking at Pakistani CVs.
If Pakistan was not such a mess then I am sure Qatar would be more generous in giving out visas.

Given the current political climate - It's best to get an Egyptian passport..
