Overstayed Business Visa

Hey everyone,

I’m in a bit of a position at the minute. I’ve been in Doha since August on a business visa, this has since expired. I’ve now overstayed my visa by 14 days and won’t leave until mid-December.

My RP is part way through, I’ve had everything done (medical& finger prints) I’m assuming I only need to pick it up however my company is delaying as I will have to go under my Sponsor rather than the company (I think)

The company has acknowledged a fine will be raised which they are paying.

Anyway, the reason I'm posting is that I’m going back to the UK for Christmas –

1.       If I leave will I be able to return?

2.       Will I have to restart the RP process over again?
