Organizing an event --need help with suppliers/contractor

I'm in the midst of organizing an very important event for our company in 10 days: a LAUNCH/COCKTAIL party for 200 pax/invitees.

Anyone could suggest/recommend where I could get the following?

- Decors for the party motif
- Catering services
- Sound system
- Lighting
- event photo/videographer (optional)

you can contact Unique sound & Entertainment services, Doha for Sound & Lights. They do most of the events in Intercon beach and they can offer u good price.
