online application for job

In my office i have seen many of the employees who works in sales and accounts are not qualified enough. Because of this the accounting system is worst. Secondly some sales people (before they were office boy and teaboys) they use to take up the work but they do not have any knowledge to explain either to the customer or to the office staff.  Because of this our valuable time too is wasted. I know that all deserve the job but uneducated people can't act like educated or experienced people. It is several time i observed that they are trying to teach us thinking that they are our master. Such people are common in every nooks and corner.  Most of the firm educated people are not promoted. Instead the managers encouraged uneducated because it is the question of their survival not the question of the company's existance.

Most of the time It's unfair, As far as i know some of the company's hire unqulified people due to referrals even in my company have the same system sometimes.I cant's imagine how disastrous these people will do in the company and suffer their colleagues to deal with those people.Everyone has it's own time, I mean perfect timing. you just have to be patient to wait for it.

You have to deal with reality, some companies only entertain online applications and some go for both hand carried applications and on-line. If short listed, they will surely make appointment for interview. But of course, its different if you know somebody to assist your application.

this is how happen here in gulf.u have to learn to live with this culture,influence and recomendation work more than qualification and knowledge here in gulf.this is the sad part and fact.

Life is fair, its just a matter of how you perceive it :)
