On NOC & Husband Sponsor

Hi everyone!

I am currently working for a year in a private company, my contract is for 2 years but i am under my husband's sponsorship. Do i need NOC from my employer so that i could transfer? Or i dont need to because i am on husband sponsorship? Is there still any work ban or something?

I would like to look for a new job & transfer for a lot of reasons like my salary is always delayed (no consistent dates), poor company management, understaff (they dont want to hire because of money issues), totally inconsistent with everything like now i am about to have my vacation which they have approved months ago and when they gave me a go signal that its ok to buy tickets already, i immediately bought one same day they gave me a go signal (my own expense) but now theyre taking it back. They like making us do overtimes due to understaff & even overtime on a weekend (friday) but they never pay us even a cent.

Also, id like to ask to what department can i ask these kind of things? Is it in labor? Do they entertain things like these? About requirements, laws, etc...

Is it possible for me to stay here in qatar & cancel my vacation while my husband is not here? Since he is my sponsor.

Waiting for anyones reliable respond. Thanks much!

Firstly ! If your on husband visa no need of a NOC to change jobs. Only if they have made labour card for you then you have to complete a year in the company (not sure though).

About vacation and all, you don't need any exit permit if your on husband sponsorship, you can go anytime and come back anytime within your QID validity.

Yes you can stay here when your husband is on vacation as you have a valid QID until and unless your husbands QID or Visa is cancelled.
