NOC Concerns
Hi! Just want to ask for an information regarding the NOC. I was able to work in Qatar before and during my stay my papers was not processed. I don't have QID and residency permit. I just want to know if do i still need NOC from my previous employer to be able to go back in Qatar?
Any update when NOC will be approve.Govt. new policies any idea

One of my friend was resigned from the company 2.6 years ago. And he came back and joined under another sponsor, when processing his resident visa, 3 times it is rejected due to the reason that "stipulated time period not completed". Any one knows the reason why. He met the captain and told him that "documents not clear" need NOC from the previous employer, Please help.
If are certain that your paper is not processed and not able to get QID then you still dont have no any records from ministry, you are free to come back anytime without NOC.
