NOC

Dear friends ,
Last 3yrs before I was locally recruited to one of the construction company from another company with NOC.now iam looking to leave from this company to work another company.is any Qatar rules that company should give NOC to locally recruited employee? Please advise

Issuance of NOC is at the sole discretion of the employer.

Not even the law can force a sponsor to issue a NOC
