Need Urgent Advices

Dear Members, I working in qatari company. I was recruited here by one Indian (Partner of the Company) Now he left the company. Now in my papers Qatari Owner got a paper belong some other company cash receipt paper.(This co belong to my indian ex boss frnd) Now daily qatari harras me and telling me he will put me in jail and court. I have serious problem in my home country i need to go back any one can assist pls
