Need Help. No RP/No Ban? Can Exit?
Hi everyone.. I need some help/advice..
So my partner just arrived in Doha, Qatar to work as a General Cleaner.. She has been there for about a month now. Just today, she got a call saying that the company/sponsor is cancelling her.
As far as I know she does not have an ID yet, no medical and finger print scans whatsoever yet since she arrived in Doha..
So my question is:
1. Is it possible to get a Family Visa? She has family in Qatar right now.
2. Can she only exit to the country of origin?
3. Will she get banned from working in Qatar? I've read somewhere that you get a 2 year ban after you exit the country, but it shouldn't apply if you did not do any finger print scans yet.
Can anyone shed some light? All we want to know is.. Is there a way for her to stay in Qatar without going back to her country of Origin?
Thanks so much and I hope you can give some answers as soon as possible.
Thank you so much Syed01.. You have been a big help.. :)
She can exit to any country provided she has a visa for that country or eligible to enter without visa.
Normally sponsor or agencies provide ticket only back to home country and if she decides to exit to any other country then she might need to buy her own ticket if sponsor refuse to give ticket other than her home country.
Thank you for the response.. I have further questions though.. She got in Qatar via an Work Agency.. Will she be able to request to exit to a different country? Or does she really need to exit to the country of origin?
Since your partner is currently in different sponsor work visa status, she needs to exit the country and come back again once her new visa is approved.
She will not get any ban since she has not completed her Medical and residence permit process and she can come back in new visa immediately once her new visa is issued.
Getting family visa approval is depends upon the status (designation, salary, relationship, documents, etc.,) of family member (father, husband, brother, etc.,) applying for her visa and subject to Immigration approval.
