My Company doesnt want to give NOC!

Hi everyone i need help, I am currently working in qatar I have 3 years contract for my previous company and i finished the 4 years already. My company doesnt give us Salary for 3 months already and Noc. I have new job offer to transfer to a new company but they told me if i dont want to work with them anymore they will cancel my visa. Please help me my famiy is really in a bad situation right now as i never send money for 3 months already. Thankyou

If you have completed contract period, you can change sponsorship without NOC. Please check with Mandoob or typing centres...they will be able to guarantee you.
