"A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child.

But personally,I'd mud wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sackful of porn."

I don't know where you got them from , but no one in the UK says "Hi dear"..

They may say "Morning Pet" or "You still here ?" or "What's for breakfast you lazy cow"

In the USA.. RP would say "Howdee Sweetkins" or "How much"

As for Pakistan - Isn't "Sabah Al-Kheir" arabic ??

ei jigijigi, "KUMASTU KA" ain't even a morning greeting in Philippine language...maybe you have learned "KAMUSTA KA?", which would translate as 'How are you?'...

if you want to greet good morning in Tagalog (Philippine language), you say, 'Magandang Umaga'...

while the Japanese morning greeting is not Shanhow, you say, "Ohayo Gozaimasu"...
