medical exam in gamca accredited clinic

i have a visa from sponsor as rubber technician,during medical at gamca accredited clinic in manila ,they found me a hepa b positive inaactive state meaning healthy carrier. they refused to process my visa .i have with me a medical waiver from employer but still denied by gamca clinic.i have also a medical certificate from specialist in hepatology as cleared for work.i read also the medical comission by laws on hepa b with guidelines and protocol on this problem.i understand also the gamca ruling on hepa b...so what em i going to do...pleased help me
Backdoor entry, go out in another country then cross to Qatar. As long as you have a valid work visa, you can enter Qatar.
I've known few cases like you and they are all doing fine. As long as you will not work and your visa profession is not in the medical and food industry you are fit to work.
probably not very much you can do. I suggest you move over and look for a job in a country with less restrictions.
