Can anyone help. I have a concern with the company i work for. I have a contract of employment company signed/stamped and signed by myself.
Comapny name has changed twice since signing my contract!!!!
I have not had or received any amendment to contract if required, only thing received is an email to change my password signiture to change to the new company name.
Is the contract null and void and are they only lierbal to pay gratuity for the new companys name (2 Month)which is none.
Thinking of leaving the company and need to know before handing in notice.
