Leaving Qatar after Visa cancellaion

Folks,
As far as I know that anyone who is in work visa intending to leave the country for good must settle their bankl loan to get NOC / clearance from exployer. Also the vehicles fines & transfer of ownership must have been settled & closed by the time you leave.What else need to be done apart from this ?

1. Is cancelling / closing your Qtel postpaid GSM line is mandatory? if we fail to do this, can emmigration staffs detain at the time of exit ?

2. How about the credit cards? Can emmigration staffs still track anyones credit card outstandings ???

Credit cards are the same as a bank loan, so of course you need to pay the outstanding and close the account.
