Just found out maid is blacklisted
We've had our maid from Sri Lanka for two months from an agency. She has been to fingerprinting 3 times. We just got a message from the agency telling us she is blacklisted and to buy her an open eneded ticket and to bring her in to the agency tomorrow morning. What exactly does that mean?

But If you got the lady from the agency, ie if they have arranged for her to be recruited at your place, then the agency should be arranging for the ticket, . Moreover, most agencies have a 3 month policy wherein, they will provide you with a replacement, should you be unhappy with the maid, or for such situations.
Please speak to them and check your contract as well.
