Job Change

I am working in a private construction company from last ten years by end this month my contract will finish and my company give me job completion letter. And I have offer letter from another consultant organization in Qatar, My sponsor did not give NOC any solution for recently joined another company.

I'm thinking of having "No NOC , No Transfer' signs in 10 ft high bold letters posted in all malls .
This will stop people asking the same stupid question each day

No way. You need an NOC to join another organization. There is a cruel side to this NOC business. Many unscrupulous employers with a dead conscience, no morals and no fear of God ask their employees to forego their End of Service benefits in exchange for NOC. With a 10-year service to an organization, this may mean a considerable financial loss to you should your employers agree on this. Try talking to them in a polite, diplomatic way. Best of luck.
