Why job priority is easy for experienced profeesionals but difficult for fresh graduates?

As tess_916 said "experienced said all" I agree with it.

simply, experience = done more mistake before and will not do it again,

Fresh graduate = will do mistakes before learning everything.

Fresh grads are newborns in the business..thus, making them less prioritized.

But everybody always starts at square one, even the experienced one.

Just be the best that you can be..

Fresh Grads' expectations are too high to entertain. I rather employ an experienced Guy for a little higher salary rather than employing a fresh novice big head who thinks he know everything under the sun.

2. EASY TO COPE UP WITH THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

3. UNDERSTANDS THE MEANING HARDWORKSHIP.

4. COMPANY WILL NOT TAKE THE RISK OF INVESTING WITH A NEWLY GRAD PROF IF THE LINE FOR EXPERIENCED PROF IS QUITE LONG.
