Is it safe to work without contract?

By Uzumaki Naruto •
The company who interviewed my friend is a sub-contract company. They said they dont issue contract. I just want to know if it is safe for her to continue her application. I asked her how many years the company is operating and she said more than three years. I heard about sub-contract companies and I just want to ask your opinion about it.
No it is not safe, because you don't want to make coffee for everyone at work when you were told you would be scanning documents. Also, when you get paid half the amount you "agreed" on, you have no proof to fight your battle.Contract, contract, contract. Have everything in writing. And keep copies.
Its up to you do it or dont if you will get In cashNo problem cash only

Working without a contract - is like buying a car without license, registration, and insurance. What i know is that the employer needs to submit contract to the Dep of Labor to get a working visa for your friend.Even, laborers get to have a contract.I bet you that this "sub-contractor" is taking you for a ride. Like buying a car, you can buy and drive a car without license, registration, and insurance... but ...when cops come and find out... you will land in jail...if you get into an accident... you will pay for all the cost, plus damages...simple rule applies for legal documents: if you have no right evidence, you will lose in the court of Law.ponder on this, and have a nice day.
