I was working for a contracting company of Kahramaa in 2013, but then I moved to Saudi Arabia. I don't have NOC letter from my previous company based in Doha. It has been a complete 1 year now since I left the employer. I want to ask whether I can apply for jobs in Qatar or not? and can government company issue me a work visa if I am hired by them?. Moreover can anyone tell me what is the average salary of Electrical Engineer with MBA having power/utility experience of 6 years? Regards, Umar +966 580390334

Government Company cant Issue you Work Visa until your 2 year Ban period is complete and average salary of Electrical Engineer with 6 years Expereince in Private Sector 8-10K do not leave your Job in Saudi Arabia until you get offer from good company with high salary specially in Qatar due to high cost of living compare to other GCC Countries

youll be facing 2 year Ban on your Visa as you dont have NOC from your Previous Company to Join a New Company in Qatar but you can join the same Old Previous company in Qatar without any NOC Issues but if any New Company can Provide Business Visa to you until your Ban then there would be No Problem to Work in Qatar
